El Cazador

In 1993, a fishing crew led by Captain Jerry Murphy pulled out hundreds of silver coins in their net. Shortly thereafter, they obtained the rights to the find and began recoveries under the name Grmpy Inc. Silver coins were mined.

Underwater there are still some remains of the shipwreck at a depth of 300 feet about 50 miles south of New Orleans.
